So many things came up during the sale and purchase of homes that even Dan had not encountered before or heard of happening more than a few times.
- New roof had to be installed and accomplished within 2 weeks thanks to Dan.
- Original Buyers got cold feet and backed out weeks before closing with all terms agreed too.
- House put on the market a second time.
- New buyer messed up loan financing days before closing and had to switch to FHA loan causing last minute required changes to the house before closing could go through.
- Moved into New house and Sellers had broken the kitchen sink while moving out. Dan helped find contractors to fix the sink.
